The Emotional Intelligence Association Workshop Aims By the end of the workshop you will be able to: Understand the key principles of Emotional Intelligence . Identify your own current levels of Emotional |intelligence. Explore how Emotional intelligence can be used to develop future leaders and other people in your organisation. Record on an Action Plan how you develop and increase your own personal levels of Emotional intelligence.

We have chosen to use Four Triangles to reflect to central position of “Self-Awareness” to EI - without Self Awareness we cannot have EI We have also chosen to include to other elements – Core Skills which underpin all of the elements and Inspirational Leadership as the key quality that will emerge from being EI

The process of recognising and acknowledging both our own and other people’s emotions and behaviours cn and does help us to deal with their impact more effectively.
