E-Billing No Paper Bills https://portal.vsc.edu/ -Web Services Updated on/around the 1st and 15th of each month. Current Activity between those dates Notifications to student through LSC email Student to set up authorized users who can gain access to Bill Payment Site (TouchNet) Student to set up E-Refund Account. If no E-Refund set up the refunds will be mailed to the address we have on file.

Fall 2017 VSC Online Payment Plans Available July 1st , 2017 Plan Options: 5 Month Plan: July - November 4 Month Plan: August - November 3 Month Plan: September - November **There is a $30.00 enrollment fee per semester due at the time of setup along with the first payment **There is a $15.00 late payment fee for payments not received or made by the 15th of each month

VSC Web Privacy statement The Vermont State Colleges (VSC) respects the right to privacy of every individual using our systems. We will not sell or otherwise commercially disclose the private information of any user (name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, etc). All information collected will be used for internal and legitimate VSC business purposes only.

Health Insurance VSC Policy states all students registered at full-time status have to have insurance coverage Every full-time student is automatically billed for VSC Health Insurance ($2328, billed in Fall Semester) If student has alternative Health Insurance, they must go online to Web Services to waive insurance with current insurance policy number. Last day to waive insurance is September 15, 2017. Charge will not be removed until waiver is completed. Fee is non-refundable after 9/15/17 and non-negotiable Sending this information to Health Services does not satisfy this requirement. Those are medical records to which Student Services does not have access

FAQ’s Can other Authorized users view my banking information? – No, students and authorized users cannot see each other’s payment methods. Can authorized user sign up for e-Refunds? – No, only the student can sign up. If the refund belongs to a parent or another individual paying on the student’s behalf, the student is responsible to disburse the funds appropriately. Can my e-Refund go to multiple accounts? – No, refunds can only be applied to one bank account.

Financial aid process Apply for State Grants Submit a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) File on the Web: www.fafsa.gov annually, beginning October 1 Lyndon’s school code is 003689 Create FSA ID for student and one parent Apply for State Grants Apply for LSC grants and scholarships Apply for local scholarships or use a scholarship search: www.FinAid.org & www.fastweb.com www.VSAC.org for Vermont Students www.nhcf.org for New Hampshire residents
