Who Am I? I am an accomplished soft skills trainer and I conduct behavioral trainings sessions aimed at achieving paradigm shifts to achieve breakthrough changes in one’s life and career. What do I do? Collaborate as an external change agent with senior management and human resource function to achieve planned change management objectives through behavioral changes in people. How do I do what I do? My Training Workshops are mostly content neutral and process driven. My style is  largely facilitative as I aim to make learning as experiential as possible to make change easy, possible and long lasting.
