1. Go to the Student Online System https://online.uom.ac.mu 2. Click on ‘forgot password’

7. The following message would appear on screen and a temporary password token would be sent to your Student Email (a sample of the email is provided on next screen).   Click on the ‘Ok’ button to be redirected to the login page

11 Click on ‘Submit’ button 8. Use the password token to log on the Student Online System 9 Type in your student Id 10 Type in the password token received in your email 11 Click on ‘Submit’ button

You would be directed to the following screen * 13 Type in the password token received in email here Your student id would appear here 14 Type in your own chosen strong password here as per acceptable new password format * & Indicate strong password Determines strength of the password being typed 15 Re-type your above chosen strong password here 16 Click to confirm your new password NOTE:

17. This message would appear on screen 18 Click on ‘OK’ button to be redirected to the login page You are now ready to use your newly created password to log on the Student Online System For any queries
