Who could be a Volunteer? Public at Large: Volunteers from educational Institutions Retired people Self employed persons Students and teachers House wives

Why Does RILM Need Cadre? Monitoring for T-E-A-C-H Impact Assessment for T-E-A-C-H
Who are the RILM Cadre? Only Rotarians and Inner Wheel members are eligible Technical Experts E.g. Chartered Accountant, Engineer, Professor etc. Knowledgeable persons of specific fields
RILM Cadre: Areas of Work Specialized work related to field of expertise. Example: Evaluation of quality of teacher training Evaluation of happy school facilities Cadre to be given cross- district assignments for monitoring of implementation of RILM’s Corporate and Government Projects
Registering as Volunteer/Cadre You can register through the Volunteer tab on www.rotaryteach.org
Requesting for Volunteers Clubs request through- www.rotaryteach.org Member Zone Volunteer tab Request for Volunteer Registered volunteers from the same geographical area and same area of volunteering, will receive an email on which to confirm availability
Requesting for Volunteers the Club will be notified of available volunteers by email from RILM Office
Orientation of Volunteers & Cadre Volunteers can undergo self-orientation by referring to the “Volunteer Policy 16-17”, on Volunteer tab of the website. NCM/RILM Office to orient Cadre (through Webinars) Rotarian Volunteer and Cadre will be requested to attend Level III
Recognitions for Volunteer/Cadre Star - 20 days/year Super Star- 40 days/year Mega Star -60 days/year Supreme Star - 100 days/year
