Day 1 – Sunday 8th October 6:00am Arrive at Glenore Grove State School to commence loading of passengers and luggage 7:00am Depart school for express transfer to Bonus Downs Farmstay 12:00pm Lunch en-route 5.00pm Arrive at Bonus Downs Farmstay overnight stay 6:30pm Dinner at campsite 7:30pm Campfire and star gazing with the station host

Day 2 – Monday 9th October 6:30am Breakfast at campsite 8.00am Pack up camp and depart farmstay for express transfers through to Longreach with comfort stops en-route 12.00pm Lunch en-route 5.00pm Arrive at Longreach Tourist Park to set up camp followed by showers 6.30pm Dinner at camp site

Day 5 – Thursday 12th October 6:00am Breakfast at campsite 7.30am Pack up campsite and load coach 8.00am Depart Longreach for transfers to Roma Lunch en-route 4.30pm Arrive Roma State College to set up in Hall 6.00pm Dinner at College 7.00pm Big Rig Night Show

Underneath the coach: Soft suitcase or sports type bag Toiletries (no aerosols please) Hat/Beanie Disposable poncho or raincoat Underwear & socks T-shirts Pants/shorts Tracksuit Warm PJ’s Walking shoes Thongs for showering Please ensure you name all items!!!! Handy Hints: Parents, it’s a great idea to get your kids involved in the packing so they know what’s in their suitcase whilst away. Also, pop in a list for your child to check off before they depart Camp. Layering clothing is a good idea for cold mornings and warmer days.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS Are the buses fitted with seatbelts? Yes, every one of our luxury coaches are fitted with full seatbelts. Do you have sick bags on board? Yes, every coach has a supply of disposable sick bags and hand sanitiser for your convenience. Do your driver’s hold Blue Cards? In short no, however they do hold a QLD Driver Authority which is the transport industry equivalent to a Working with Children Blue Card. Are your driver’s first aide trained? Yes, every driver holds a current first aide certification however it’s the school’s responsibility to ensure they also have a fully qualified First Aide Officer accompanying the tour. Can you cater for dietary requirements? Yes, we can cater for most dietary requirements whilst away
