Sir Laurence Camp Overview For students aged 13 - 16 years old Campus course held at Lucy Cavendish College, the University of Cambridge 21 hours of English tuition per week 1 full-day excursion per week Maximum capacity of 70 students at one time Beautiful, large campus, with gardens and lawns for activities Individuals only; no groups Excellent location only 5 minutes' walk from Cambridge city centre Smaller, more intimate programme in the heart of Cambridge
Sir Laurence Course Centre Located in a quiet area close to the city centre of Cambridge University of Cambridge college campus Students live, study and eat on campus, with most activities also taking place in the school grounds Ratio of 1 adult to 10 children Students are supervised at all times Common rooms in residence include large conservatory overlooking gardens Computer room with free email access Ideal centre for individual students who would like to explore Cambridge and enjoy the safety of a University campus

Sir Laurence Accommodation Rooms usually shared by two students are spacious, clean and comfortable Residential buildings on campus, with wardens living in each building to assist and supervise Shared bathrooms and showers All meals provided on campus in the large dining room Free laundry provided by the school staff Change of bed linen once per week Students must return to the residence by 23:00 latest
Sir Laurence Course Content 21 hours of English lessons per week Mixed nationality classes in the morning and afternoon Course materials provided Certificate and end of course report upon completion of course Evening activities 7 days per week Activities office and staff Excellent welfare staff 1 full-day excursion per week on a Saturday The University Discovery course is recommended for 2 weeks and for students of at least pre-intermediate level.
