Discussion How do you collaborate with other teachers? Do you share resources with one another or lesson ideas? How do you share class information and materials with your students? Do you use email, handouts, many formats, or none at all? Do you ever feel like you don’t have activities or resources available that you need? If so, what do you do in those situations?

Committee Goals Initial Objectives: To better prepare Level 2 students for Level 3 writing To provide more activities, lessons, and practices to strengthen students’ writing in conjunction with the Reading & Writing course The Practical Language Application (PLA) course provided a great opportunity to incorporate more writing lessons during class time. **Focus: Integration of grammar, writing, vocabulary, and reading to improve and better prepare Level 2 students with their writing skills.

Revised Goals Revised Objectives: To encourage students to interact and utilize daily skills in classes Allow students more time to practice beyond computer lessons To include more hands-on writing-related activities to motivate students on Fridays To provide additional resources and variety for teachers to adapt ideas to their own teaching styles and classroom dynamics Provide resources not only for the PLA classes but also all courses **Focus: Integration of grammar, writing, vocabulary, and reading to improve and better prepare Level 2 students with their writing skills.
