MSIA Purchasing rules MSIA Subscription follows VL licensing policy 12/1/2017 1:45 PM MSIA Purchasing rules MSIA Subscription follows VL licensing policy MSIA license subscription period is activated for 12 months from VL billing invoice date. If a customer purchases a subscription on an agreement with less than 12 months to run we can only provision them to the end of the VL agreement. Once an Active MSIA subscription gets to the end of that 12 months there is a 30-day subscription expiration Grace period to support renewal (if a customer has not already renewed). During the Grace period customers lose access to additional MSIA benefits (e.g. MCT renewal). Customers who renew receive an additional 12 months from the end of their current subscription (unless there is less than 12 months on their agreement). Customers who renew after their original membership ID expires receive a new membership ID. On a new membership ID customers will lose their old lesson plans, users setup on the system, etc. EES_CAMPUS, School Customer Self-Service Activation required – we will present the steps they need to follow in this deck OVS, Open, Select & SelectPlus MSIA will be provisioned for the customer and details sent to the Admin through email. © 2014 Microsoft Corporation. Activating the membership

MSIA through OVS, Open, Select, Select Plus 12/1/2017 1:45 PM MSIA through OVS, Open, Select, Select Plus Customer purchases MSIA as part of their VL agreement MSIA Account activation Activation for any of the OVS, Open, Select, Select Plus VL Agreement types is manually setup by the MSIA Regional Support Centre team. The contact details received on the VL agreement is setup as the MSIA Program Administrator Customers receive an automated welcome email with membership details (MSIA Membership ID and security access code) and information on how to sign in to the MSIA membership site and start using the program benefits. If a customer orders more than one MSIA subscription the RSC will contact the customer to request the setup details for the other MSIA subscriptions to be created.
