Overview Goal – Save money district-wide by moving to centralized printing Currently spend over $500,000 a year on printing needs 3 Year Pilot – Parsley, Bradley Creek, Forest Hills Spending less money and teachers are happy about better quality of printing Includes – current copier contract, toner, replacement printers, maintenance kits, transfer kits

Process Created committee consisting of principals and central office staff Committee met to discuss printing needs Site visits conducted at all schools and departments Webpage created for frequently asked questions and video Committee met to discuss contents of RFP Sub-committee reviewed all responses to RFP to narrow down to 3 vendors Full committee invited to vendor presentations Principals made aware of upcoming change multiple times and asked to share with staff
