UL Renewables India UL in India is 400 people strong with 50 staff dedicated to PV and Wind testing and certification and advisory services. UL has published safety standards for every component used in PV Systems and Wind Turbines. UL also sits on IEC TC82 and actively leads standard development activities for WG2 and WG3 and BIS committee ET 28 for Photovoltaic Energy Systems. State of the art PV Testing facility in Bangalore and Lighting Lab in Manesar which are NABL accredited and approved by MNRE for testing PV equipment to JNNSM requirements and by BEE for Energy Star Testing. UL-DEWI is approved certification body by NIWE.
