*Preparation before operation* 1. How to use the machine? *Preparation before operation* (1) This machine is using high temperature and high pressure steam. So, please wear with suitable safety uniform wear and gloves. (2) This product is for 220 Volts and 50Hz. Please fill the battery before use. Misuse of wrong electricity may rise fatal problem on machine. (3) Water should be clean tap water. (4 ) Pump is high pressure. So, drain the inside air periodically. Operation (1)Connect the plug to the receptacle(220 V only). (Cable for the electricity should be durable over 30A,diameter should be over 3.5MM) (2)After connection, switch on the power. (Then you can hear whirring sound of internal pump. After pump stops whirring, turn on the Burner switch and wait for 8-12 minutes. After 8-12 minutes when pressure gauge reaches to 10 of scale pulling the steam gun switch to exhaust the air. After exhaustion when pressure gauge reaches to 10 of scale again, the machine is ready to operate.

3-1 Preparation for Operation 3. Operating procedure 3-1 Preparation for Operation (1)Connect the electricity to the receptacle and turn on the anti short circuit switch. (2) Check the Water Tank. (3) Fill the water tank with proper amount of water. (4)Connect the Steam spray hose. (5) Turn on the switch No.1 And turn on the switch No. 2 (6) When pressure gauge reaches to the 10 of scale, pull the steam gun switch and exhaust internal air about 10 sec. (7) After exhaustion of air, when pressure gauge reaches to 10 of scale, steam washer is ready to operate. Warning when you exhaust air from steam washer please point the steam gun to the ground and make sure no person is around you. Do not exhaust it toward a person. A person can be seriously harmed.

3-2. After operation (1) Turn off the power switch Warning After operation high temperature steam remains in the machine. Be careful when you separate steam hose from the machine after operation. (1) Turn off the power switch (2) Turn off the anti short circuit switch (3) Separate the electricity cable from the power. (4) Separate the electricity cable from the machine. (5) Pull the steam gun lever and exhaust steam completely. Check the pressure gauge reaches to zero of the scale. (6) Close all the steam valves (in the machine, in the steam hose, in the joint) and separate the hose. During winter to prevent hose freezing please remove water inside hose completely after separation of hose.

4-1. Maintenance * Maintenance during summer* (1) Avoid direct rays of the sun and protect the power control box and electrical parts from the rain or water. Electric shock or short circuit can cause the break down. Do not damage the steam washer while moving it. After operation, keep the machine in dry, well-ventilated place. * Maintenance during winter*    (1) When the temperature is bellow 0℃ to prevent freezing damage keep the machine in the place where the temperature is over 0 ℃. Unavoidably if the machine should be kept in outside, please remove water inside machine completely and remove water in the steam hose completely. During winter after separating steam hose remove water inside hose completely to prevent hose freezing.

4-2. How to check the machine when the machine face the problems. symptom Status How to cure? No Electric Supply Not working Push the reset button on anti short circuit. (1) After checking the cable, let the electrical technician fix the electrical break down. (2)If machine shows symptom of malfunction, please do not operate. Request after service please. Warning Sound Ringing Check the water tank. Short of water, fuel Fill up the water. Not found There is possibility of wrong sensor or relay. Steam Spray is not working. Check the pressure gauge scale. Pressure gauge scale shows 8 to 13 ranges. Possibility of nozzle of steam gun and nozzle blocked. If then, close the steam outlet valve and disconnect the steam hose, and clean the blocked nozzle by using the wire or, needle. (Caution: Please close the valve when you disconnect the hose. Otherwise, possibility of harm by hot steam) Gauge Scale is not working Possibility of burner is wrong or steam leakage. Sprayed Steam or water are too much. Control this by using steam control valve. 5. Caution when you use the machine (1) Danger Do not spray steam to human or animal. Please wear the safety uniform and gloves. Do not spray steam to electrical items. Do not make any technical change without manufacturer’s permission. Warning  Steam washer must be operated in perfect and reliable condition. If there is any malfunction do not operate the machine. Warning When you disconnect the hose, please exhaust the remained steam completely. The remained hot steam can cause a personal hazard. warning  Please use right tap water and right power source. If you operate the machine outdoors in rainy day, it may arise malfunction of machine. 11 11

5. Caution (2) Warning  When you move steam gun for cleaning, please use both hands. One for gun and one for hose to prevent breakage. Be careful from hot temperature of steam gun and steam hose when you disconnect the parts.   Be careful of high temperature boiler exhaust pipe. Do not touch flammable material near to boiler exhaust pipe which may arise fire.             Warning Please read this manual carefully and keep in mind to prevent from danger or, machine break down. Please do not break the steam hose and keep in round coil status. When you move the machine, please exhaust all remained steam firstly. When you move the machine, please do not give the strength/shock to the machine. It is better to use portable trailer. Also, for long distance movement, please use anti vibration matt or, anti shock matt not to damage the machine. After use, please keep the machine at cool, less humid area. 12 12

Warranty 1. This product is manufactured through strict quality inspection. 2. Within 1 year, break down under the proper use of the product we offer free after service except for following cases. 3. Submit this warrant when you request after service. Warranty and liability claims for personal or material damage are specifically excluded, if they arise one or more of the following causes: . Improper use of the machine. . Improper assembly, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the machine. . Operation of the machine with defective safety equipment or improperly attached or non-functional safety and protective equipment. . Non-compliance to the notes in this operating manual regarding transport, storage, assembly, commissioning, operation and inspection of the machine. . Arbitrary constructional changes to the machine. . Arbitrary changes of parameter settings (e.g. pressure control valve). . Insufficient supervision of wearing parts. . Incorrectly performed repairs. . Catastrophic incidences caused by force majeure.
