Before you graduate Program of Study Committee (POSC): approved the term PRIOR to graduation, or pre-lim. Incompletes removed from your record Expired classes (over 7 years – master’s; 10 years Ph.D.) approved Pre-lim taken 6 months prior to final exam. POSC classes are accurate

When POSC forms are approved, you can view your Program Audit, which indicates items are complete.

Be sure to enter thesis/dissertation title. This will be used for the Commencement Brochure.

Tables and Figures Tables and figure captions may have different font or font size Tables captions are at the top of the tables; figure captions are at the bottom of the figure.
