How to Show Possession

Showing Possession In Spanish there are NO apostrophes. You cannot say “Jorge’s dog”

Long Form You must say “the dog of Jorge” In Spanish = “el perro de Jorge”

Short Form Posessive Adjectives singular my  mi (m/f) your  tu (m/f) his  su (m/f) her  su (m/f) your formal  su (m/f) our  nuestro (m) nuestra (f) their  su (m/f) plural just add “s”  mis  tus  sus  nuestros (m) nuestras (f)

Posessive Adjectives Mi prima es alta. Mis primas son altas. The possessive adjective must be singular if the noun is singular and plural if the noun is plural.
