Little or no follow up BLRD to revisit with newly updated plan Move forward with initial Grant (One month turn) Original plan to have Demonstration sites showing Best Management Practices (BMP’s) Use as showcases for others to copy/get ideas Found there was time to also apply for an extensive grant to support more sites and implementation. General Process Cost sharing Process First Year Next Two Years Home owner pays 30% of cost, Grant pays 70% Process Site Assessment What can be done, is owner willing to do what should be done Design (Assuming something can be done & owner willing) Implementation Owner can do some of the work to account for their 25% of project First Year Targeting 12-15 sites through assessment and implementation Next Two Years Cycle 12-15 sites through each year.
