Course Outcomes CO1: Understand the theory and basic architecture of microprocessor. CO2: Ability to program a microprocessor system using assembly language . CO3: Understand and capable of interfacing the microprocessor to the I/O devices. CO4: Ability to design and develop a simple application on a microprocessor-based system.

Course Delivery Number of Units : 4 Lecture : 2 hours/week x 14 weeks = 28 hours Lab/Project/Exercise : 4 hours per week x 14 weeks = 56 hours

Course Assessment Final Examination 50 marks Mid Term Test 1 5 marks Lab 30 marks Lab test 10 marks
