Beacon Station Scheme History :- Need to improve productivity Need to increase efficiency Need to reduce carbon footprint Need to embed performance management into culture of HFRS Shift changes – move to 12 hour shifts

Beacon Station Scheme Introduced in April 2008 Aim: To improve the overall performance of the Service to enable it to better deliver the Service Plan; and to ensure there is a clear customer focus and commitment to excellence in all our activities.
