EP Infoways in Skill Sector EP Infoways started working with NSDC INDIA in 2013 and has trained more than 2000 students under Star Scheme so far as to assist and encourage skill development for youth by providing monetary rewards. It aims to increase the productivity of existing workforce and align training and certification to fulfil the needs of our country and to boost employability and productivity of youth by incentivizing them for skill training. To Contribute to the National Skill Registry and the Numbers of Skill Trained and certified people in India, EPi has been engaged in association with many corporate companies to implement the various Govt. Skill Development Schemes & Programs on ground and has come up with a wonderful results in reality. Project UDAAN – NSDC INDIA - EPi EPi has been implementing project Udaan with various Corporate Companies to contribute to the good work being done by Govt. of India to support the student of Jammu and Kashmir State by training them and then providing them opportunities in their career and help them achieve a better place in society for their growth. Project Udaan is a residential program that includes training of students for 6 months in a number of skill Sectors and then assistance for placements of all the trainees. RPL Scheme – PMKVY - NSDC INDIA - EPi Recognition of Prior Learning is a Scheme under PMKVY that aims to Recognize and Certify the Individuals who have Prior Learning Experience or Skills in an Organization. RPL aims to align the ability of the unregulated workforce of the country to the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF). Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs), such as Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) or any other agencies designated by MSDE/NSDC, shall be deployed to implement RPL projects in the RPL Project at Employers' Premises. To bridge the knowledge gaps, PIAs may offer Bridge Courses to RPL candidates. EP Infoways has started the implementation of RPL Scheme on ground to certify more than 100,000 Employees and Recognise them by collaborating up various organizations like Spencer's Retail, RWA, Welfare Societies, and etc. www.epinfoways.com

Short Term Training– PMKVY - NSDC INDIA - EPi The Short Term Training imparted at PMKVY Training Centres (TCs) is expected to benefit candidates of Indian nationality who are either school/college dropouts or unemployed. Apart from providing training according to the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF), TCs shall also impart training in Soft Skills, Entrepreneurship, Financial and Digital Literacy. Duration of the training varies per job role, ranging between 150 and 300 hours. Upon successful completion of their assessment, candidates shall be provided placement assistance by Training Partners (TPs). Under PMKVY, the entire training and assessment fees are paid by the Government. Payouts shall be provided to the TPs in alignment with the Common Norms. Trainings imparted under the Short Term Training Component of the Scheme shall be NSQF Level 5 and below.
