LLP – How It Works Referrals Contractual Relationship Supportive Services $ Support Contractual Relationship

Key Elements of LLP Landlords agree to relax tenancy requirements. LLP provides: Tenants who are ready to succeed. 24/7 landlord hotline. Supportive services for at least one year. Ongoing tenant training. Mediation/eviction help if needed. Financial “safety net” for landlord. Move-in money and other financial assistance.
