Provided by TRHS Parent Volunteers will set-up our area with the following items: Healthy Snacks Deli meats Rolls Small Treats

Food Food will be provided for you. (sandwiches & healthy snacks) There is also vendors there but they do not open until the races start around 4PM. We get there around 1PM so keep that in mind. Up the hill there is a Tim Hortons and Irving. You must let an advisor know if you want to go up the hill.

Tents We will provide one tent for everyone (to put food under), but if you want one specifically for your boat, that is the boats responsibility.

What to Bring Water Bottle\Something to Drink Sunscreen\hat\Bug spray!!!!! Change of Clothes\footwear (Flip Flops smart) Towel!!/Blanket Face paint & Team T-shirts Outfit for your Drummer Money for Concession Stands Titan Spirit 

Drummer Each boat needs to ensure that their drummer has a costume to wear that has significance to their boat! Make it good as there are prizes given out to the best costumes!

Face paint Each boat is responsible for getting their own face paint in their boats colors.

Behavior Expectations Respect all chaperones and parent volunteers Respect property around the lake Stay off of Hillcrest School grounds since they have an event taking place that day. No smoking No leaving the race area without permission. Clean up after yourself – use trash cans. Represent TRHS in a respectful way. Be loud! Be proud! Be a Titan Cheer for ALL Titan boats!

Race Day Schedule Regular Classes for Periods 1 – 3 Load buses at 12:00 pm Bring a bagged lunch since we will not have time to buy our lunch before we go to Moncton. Arrive in Moncton around 1pm Races begin at 4pm Facepaint in Moncton at Jones Lake

Transportation Race Day Friday, June 2nd All students will be transported to Moncton via school buses! Return Trip – Alternate Transportation Form (must be returned by 3PM on Thursday) Bus Allocations: Will be posted in the foyer on Friday.

TEAM DESCRIPTIONS This is your opportunity as a team to come up with a little paragraph describing your boat, thanking your sponsors, advisor etc.. Be creative!! Example: Two years ago TRHS Justice League: In a world where Tantramar Regional High School didn’t have the Dragon Boat trophy, a hero was needed. In these trying times, a group of grade 12, 11, and 10 students banded together to form the Justice League. Their mission: To raise money for the Greater Moncton Sick Children’s Fund, to raise money for their Grad Activities, and to bring home the trophy. We hope justice is found here today… before justice finds YOU.

Pizza night @ snack shop 16” pizza and 12” garlic fingers for $25 $5 goes to dragon boat transportation Wednesday may 31st

Banners We will once again be getting a big banner with all of our logos on it and for every rower to sign. If your boat would like a banner with just your logo on it, it is your responsibility to get it. (This is not mandatory as we are already getting a banner with everyone on it to put in our area at the lake.)

Thank you’s All captains must submit a list of parent volunteers, corporate sponsors to katie, kim, Lindsay or maddy by wednesday the 31th. Big card will be at the race for everyone to sign for the lions sick children dragon boat organizers
