Smart Protect details Smart Protect is $49.99 Includes 7 points of security equipment. Customers can add as many point-based security devices as they want beyond those included in the package, but must pay up front for these devices at $60/point. Customers cannot add smart home services (automation equipment) to Smart Protect. Customers must upgrade to Smart Control, starting at $60.99 to get smart home services (automation equipment).

Smart Control details Smart Control is $60.99 and includes 9 points of security equipment PLUS UP TO two smart home services. Two from Category A ($5 RMR) OR One from Category B ($10 RMR) Customers can customize their system by adding as many smart home services (automation equipment) as they want beyond those included in the package. Customers have the option to add smart home services by increasing their RMR for each additional service. Space Monkey can only be sold as a service for a $10 monthly servicing fee.

Sales Process We are going to generate excitement with customers throughout the call about home automation. After the sale is made follow the sales strategy slide that follows. If customer is interested call the Vivint call center inform the agent of the customers interest and warm transfer.
