Sat’s Revision Guide Revision Strategies Essential guidelines: look through the topic areas/texts you need to cover for each subject tick each topic area/text according to your knowledge and prioritise those areas, that you feel insecure about start revision using a variety of revision strategies enter the revision dates next to each topic area Revision Strategies English Maths Science focus on the skill areas needed for each question look back at class examples Revision guide. Answer questions. Check with your teacher if not sure. complete texts given to you by your teacher and in Citizenship use questions from your homework book; pick out the relevant chapters. Do at least 3 – 4 questions from each exercise. Test each other. Get people to test you. check for your specific target in your school book SPaG remember functional maths – explain through clear working out. Go back through End of Topic tests.
