COMMUNICATIONS PRODUCT OVERVIEW WarwickNet specialise in national and international, highly bespoke MPLS networks for corporates, broadcasting and data network, and backhaul services for other Internet Service Providers. The company also have an extensive presence on a large number of Business Parks and Industrial Estates throughout the wider Midlands, where we deliver superfast broadband and high-capacity leased lines. Using our strong independent network based on a 10 Gbit/s core with multiple pop locations in London, the Midlands and Manchester, we implement a mixture of technologies including Fibre-to-the-Cabinet (FTTC), Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) and Sub-Loop-Unbundling (SLU) to bring high speed Internet to your business. Cannon have currently provided over 100 of our G-type and C-Type outdoor cabinets for the WarwickNeT network with new orders for 50+ recently placed with Cannon.

COMMUNICATIONS PRODUCT OVERVIEW 5G is the next generation mobile and wireless connectivity system. Key requirements are that it should offer far greater capacity and be more responsive to users’ needs, more energy- efficient and more cost-effective than anything that has gone before. Cannon Technologies have provided 44 C-type outdoor cabinets for the first phase test bed to the 5G Innovation Centre (5GIC) at the University of Surrey. The 5G test bed is now the largest UK academic research centre dedicated to the development of the next generation of mobile and wireless communications. Bringing together leading academic expertise and key industry partners in a shared vision, the 5GIC will help to define and develop the 5G infrastructure that will underpin the way we communicate, work and live our everyday lives in the future

COMMUNICATIONS PRODUCT OVERVIEW TrueSpeed provides ultra fast 100Mb/s to10Gb/s Internet service connectivity via a fibre optic link directly to home or business premise. • Truespeed provide rural communities with the ability to have ultra fast Internet. • All of our services are considerably faster than BT’s copper based broadband products. • Truespeed are building out from Bath into the Chew Valley. • TrueSpeed is a modern, flexible and agile company founded by farsighted and exciting technologists, visionaries and businessmen, all of whom bring a wide breadth of commercial, technical and program leadership to the team and are passionate about delivering ultra fast, future proof internet and communications services. • TrueSpeed is at the technical forefront of data communications in the UK and the world. It delivers services and product sets unheard of at present. The founders decided to challenge the norm and have formulated a technical and financial proposition which is able to deliver a world beating, future proofing and utterly brilliant product into areas which, until now, have been deemed as uneconomical to serve. TrueSpeed understands the commercial value of delivering extremely fast connectivity and looks to companies such as Cannon Technologies to provide reliable, secure and climate controlled outdoor cabinets to house their sensitive communications, switching and UPS equipment.

COMMUNICATIONS PRODUCT OVERVIEW TrueSpeed Communications confirmed that they had started the build of their new symmetric 100Mbps Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) broadband network, which will initially connect the rural village of Priston in North East Somerset (England). Now the first stage is completed Truespeed confirmed further expansion into the Chew Valley area and possibly even reaching parts of rural Wiltshire. TrueSpeed are already making plans to connect communities such as Chew Stoke and Bishop Sutton, which could happen as soon as this summer. It’s interesting to note that some of their target coverage area can already access an upgraded broadband connection using BTOpenreach’s Fibre-to-the- Cabinet (FTTC VDSL2) network. However a quick check of central Priston shows that those ordering an FTTC service would have to suffer slow speeds of around 6-10Mbps, which while better than local ADSL performance (0.5-3.5Mbps) is still pretty poor by modern standards and definitely not up to the Government’s definition of “superfast” (24Mbps+). By comparison local TrueSpeed homes will soon be able to take packages that start at 100Mbps (symmetrical) for £47.50 per month (includes a phone service) and a home based business product offering that runs at 150Mbps, although faster speeds are possible (the network is 10Gbps capable).
