Conference Room Set Up: Depending on how many delegates will be at the conference and the need for a specific feel. Please remember that the speaker of the conference needs to be considered. Here is what we suggest:   U-SHAPE/HORSESHOE Beneficial where there are smaller groups. Gives close interaction with the group and speaker. Good visual presentation for all and gives participants the sense they are all equal in status at the meeting. BOARDROOM Participants can see and hear each other, so close interaction and a lot of discussion can be expected. It also creates unity amongst the group. Suited for groups of twenty. ROUND TABLES Suited for approximately eight per table, set up allows 70 in our Riverside Marquee or 150 in our Red Gums Marquee. Allows maximum participation within a group, where small group work is at a maximum. CLASSROOM A traditional layout, this is what most people feel comfortable with.
