This is the experience you’ve been waiting for… The P&G Resident Scholar Program is a unique interactive job shadowing experience for Greater Cincinnati Area high school students interested in careers leveraging STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) degrees. While the primary focus of this program is to encourage bright, capable minority students, we welcome applications from any motivated, high-potential student, irrespective of race. As a participant you are exposed to the exciting world of Research & Development at P&G and see the science behind some of our biggest brands. The RSP experience begins in high school with a week of job shadowing and continues through graduation with opportunities for training, mentoring, and leadership development. It is our intent to see alumni pursue STEM degrees and return to P&G as participants in the summer intern/co-op programs while in college.
