Hospitality services CSSD

About your Hospitality The directors of bartlett mitchell. bartlett mitchell ltd have developed an innovative range of food to make all those dreary meetings better than you could have expected! Our principles are linked to fabulous food and slick service, and our team is dedicated to delivering a tip-top food and beverage service. The menus in this hospitality collection are created exclusively for CSSD by our team to make your life easier. If you have any special requirements or a special occasion necessitating a different menu please contact Sian Taylor on extension number 2512 . who will be happy to discuss your needs. Our menus will change on a regular basis (as regularly as the seasons in fact) and we hope to introduce some great ideas for the future. We will solicit feedback at almost every opportunity and aim to produce menus which sit very comfortably in your culture. We enjoy our work and try to have fun with food! Most of all we want you to enjoy eating it. Our motto is ‘fundamentally food’ - it’s got the ‘fun’ baked in. The directors of bartlett mitchell.

How to order Selecting Your Menu Take your time, enjoy the food on offer, and make your selection from the menus overleaf. Don’t forget - the team are here to help you get the most from your hospitality – feel free to pop down and talk through your ideas. Placing Your Order Once you have made your selection please place your order via the intranet. On the home page on the left you will find a box named Hospitality. There is some “need to know” information we will need from you, so please remember to include: venue date time contact number Department code and name dietary requirements We request a minimum of 48 hour’s notice for Buffet, Formal lunch & Dinners and Canapé orders. We request a minimum of 24 hour’s notice for any breakfast & sandwich lunch orders. We will try to accommodate any late orders to the best of our abilities but it may not be possible to meet all of your needs. Therefore, we politely ask for as much notice as possible and if we can’t provide you with your first choice we hope that whatever we substitute will be equally as delicious. We like to do our bit for the environment which is why we try and limit the amount of deliveries we receive. This means some of our suppliers only visit once a week.

Cancellation There may be times when you have to cancel at short notice. If this is the case we will do our best not to waste good food. However, this may incur a charge to cover wastage.
