Healthy Living This program has completely transformed my life. It taught me which foods were causing me to feel lethargic, as well as cause headaches and stomach aches. Not to say that I have never touched those foods again, but I am empowered with this knowledge and it is a great feeling to be able to make food decisions now based on being in tune with my body. We have definitely learned to grocery shop differently from what we have learned through this program, it simply introduced us to alternatives to the inflammatory foods that weren't serving us and I can honestly say that we enjoy these alternatives just as much!
