FAQ Is there a minimum requirement for services? 3 hours is a minimum each visit. Are walk-ins welcome? Yes. As long as they aren’t overbooking an existing appointment. Is there a contractual obligation? There is a 30-day trial / billing period. Clients can cancel at any time. Is there a cancellation penalty? Employees who cancel between 20 - 60 minutes will be charged half of the appointment amount. Those who cancel 20 minutes before their appointment start time or do not show up will be charged the full appointment amount. How do you alert people of their appointments? We send email notifications alerting employees 3-4 days an advance.
