FGUP “Federal center for dual-use technologies “Soyuz" Compact aerosol fire extinguishing generators MAG
FGUP “Federal center for dual-use technologies “Soyuz" 1. Purpose and field of application Compact aerosol fire extinguishing generators are intended for suppression of classes А2, В, С and Е fires (electric equipment with an operating tension up to 35000 V) in conditionally hermetic compartments, cabinets with electric and electronic equipment, apparatuses with small protected volume – from 30 to 60 l. 2. Advantages Compact aerosol fire extinguishing generators have the following advantages: stand-alone source of electric power supply; constant readiness for operation; do not create high temperatures and aggressive medium in the protected volume; simple, reliable, easily combined with standard systems of fire alarm and automatic fire extinguishment; safe for electrical and electronic equipment; do not harm the equipment and personnel at triggering; keep operating in the temperature range from -50°С to +50°С. 3. Design and the way of activation Compact aerosol fire extinguishing generators consist of aerosol generating agent, placed in a metal housing, and a fuse. The way of activation - from a fuse, located at the places of the most possible fire occurrence, igniting from the open flame or at increasing of the temperature above 170°С at the protected volume. The device is activated and aerosol composition fills the protected volume, suppressing the seat of fire. 4. Main specifications Protected volume – from 30 to 60 l. Operation period is 5 years from the date of manufacture, warranty period of storage and operation is 2 years. Compact GOA MAG (the volume under protection 30 l) Compact GOA MAG (the volume under protection 45 l) Compact GOA MAG (the volume under protection 60 l)
