Survey Goals Get feedback from staff about their work environment Analyze the feedback to find trends Address the top areas for improvement

Background An online survey was made available to all staff for a two week period. XX% of staff responded Management staff consulted with the SeeDS team to identify key trends Here you can customize background information that is applicable to a particular client (i.e. % of respondents, departmental participation, etc). Also, it might be important to address here why the online survey was conducted originally. For instance, employees may value the fact that management is concerned about well-being and satisfaction of employees, especially if this has been an area of concern in the past. May also want to identify the types of trends that emerged. It might be beneficial to bullet-point the major trends up front so employees are clear about the management focus of the presentation. (ANY THOUGHTS ON OTHER POSSIBLE THINGS TO INCLUDE ON THIS SLIDE? JUST SOME ADDITIONAL SUGGESTIONS)

The Plan Area 1 Idea 1 Idea 2 Idea 3… Important to incorporate plans for action based on results, especially if employees do not believe results will be taken seriously by their organization. Make these specific vs. general. I.e. it might be beneficial to put a timeline/timeframe on these plans to solidify their importance Might also want to highlight potential barriers and ways to navigate barriers
