ARGA survey Engagement Index A management tool for easy follow-up on employee engagement

The idea…

Engagement Index Survey 1 Management tool for follow-up and ongoing assessement of employee engagement aimed at adapting strategies for leadership and HR 2 Particularly well suited in cases of major organisational changes due to the frequent input from employees Can be conducted monthly, quarterly or every six or twelve months as needed 3 The tool consists of only six questions inspired by research. In addition, we add a good amount of professional experience in designing practice-oriented questionnaires 4 5 The tool calculates one score (on organisational and departmental level) which is very easy to comprehend and act upon for the entire organisation
