Research 2012: Unconscious bias within the performance management process: to investigate if line managers manage and develop team members that are similar to them more effectively than those who are different to them.

Research 2016: Inclusive Leadership: Looked at organisations’ understanding of Inclusive Leadership and the perception of its practice 2017: Social Mobility (15th March 2017): Exclusive research on the Apprenticeships Levy will be presented at conference and will focus on Degree Apprenticeships in light of the levy being introduced on 17 April 2017.
