Awareness – Information campaign OBJECTIVES Increase number of potential new companies interested in Learning Mobility / Sending - Hosting TARGETS Companies not yet involved in mobility Potential new hosting and/or sending companies KEY MESSAGES FOR THE COMPANIES It is easy to participate There is support available and it is easy to gain access It brings added value for the training and motivation of the apprentices, motivates the team, enhances the image of apprenticeship and the profession, enhances the image of the company, makes the company more visible to clients, future apprentices & employees … ORGANISATIONAL ELEMENTS The aim is to draw attention/raise awareness about the existing possibilities & benefits of European learning mobility. In order to catch attention, you should also be able to inform about the local support available and how to get access to it (key contacts close to the company, practical information). The added value of a quality assurance approach (label) for boosting the benefits can be discussed and highlighted. Examples of good practices from other companies and peer to peer testimonies are recommanded WHEN During the recruitment period of apprentices, when informing companies about apprenticeship contracts, before the signature of the apprenticeship contract Well before the implementation of a mobility project (3-6 month) After a mobility project when promoting the outcomes HOW During an information meeting with companies about the apprenticeship contract During information days about apprenticeship / training fairs Exposition in the training center with testimonies about mobility projects realized Invitation of local companies to specific promotional event (EUROPASS awarding, Training awards, Debriefing of mobility events) – Peer to peer testimonies In training sessions for trainers, tutors, & webinars Hand outs & information during visits of professional teachers in the company Testimonies on the website of the awarding body WHO IS IN CHARGE Intermediate organisations as Training centres, regional, local craft chambers, stakeholders with expertise about mobility implementation Professional teachers of the training centre Companies itself and their trainers, tutors in the company (peer to peer approach) Representatives of professional organisations COMMUNICATION MATERIALS EQAMOB&CO Video & your testimonies (& EAS video channel), ERASMUS+ and other online brochures about benefits of mobility, Flyer for companies, No More Post Cards, Description of your specific project and partnership + contact
