Vancouver 2014 August 22-31, 2014 Number of sports : Maximum 20 – Minimum 14 Length : 9 days (Two weekends and a week) Average stay 5 – 7 days Operating Budget : Between $6-8 million CAD based on budgets from the European Masters Games.

SPORTS PROGRAM The sport program for The Americas Masters Games 2014 is limited to a minimum of 14 and a maximum of 20 sports including participation in some disabled sports: SPORTS - Athletics - Badminton - Basketball - Cycling - Dancesport - Football (Soccer) - Field hockey - Golf - Ice Hockey - Rowing - Rugby - Softball - Swimming - Table Tennis - Tennis - Triathlon - Volleyball - Weightlifting

SPORTS PROGRAM POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL SPORTS An additional 2 sports will be added to the 2014 program based on interest and capacity to host: - Diving - Bowling - Lacrosse - Sailing - Martial Arts (Taekwondo, Judo, Karate)

SPORTS PROGRAM The sport program for TAM 2014 allows for the following disabled sports: INVOLVEMENT OF COMPETITORS WITH A DISABILITY The following sports and disciplines from both the core and optional sport programs currently have, or could include, specific medal events for competitors with a disability: - Athletics – track & field and road - Basketball – wheelchair basketball - Sailing – adaptive sailing - Swimming – pool and open water - Tennis – wheelchair tennis
