He is the Founding Partner of Weiss LLP since May 2006. It is a well-known boutique law firm in operation since 1981. As an attorney at Weiss LLP, Randy Weiss has worked with many businesses and development companies. Some of his clients include renowned real estate developers, real estate investment trusts, hotel franchises, and entrepreneurs in hospitality business.

Professional Experience Randy Weiss is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and Florida. He has worked in the United States House of Representatives as a legislative staff assistant for four years. He worked for different Members of Congress with service on a legislative committee and two years in the Office of General Counsel as a major defense contractor. Randy Weiss is a former special counsel and/or board member to three different country clubs in Montgomery County, Maryland and a former member of the Board of Directors and Loan Committee for a community bank.

Academic Background Randy Weiss is a law graduate of Georgetown University Center (MLT, 1985) with an emphasis in closely-held business taxation and exempt organizations and St. Louis University School of Law (JD, 1981). Prior to this, he attended American University to earn his BA degree (1978). Randy was a bright student, and always performed well in school and college.
