A Leadership Reflection
Let us pray: Lord Jesus, by your example you taught us to serve one another without counting the cost. Your kingdom is not one of this world, but rather one where those who are greatest must think of themselves as the least. Your leadership did not seek power and acclaim. Rather, your authority was gentle, persuasive, and pastoral. Inspire us for the ministry of leadership in our schools, that we might put your people’s needs ahead of our own and direct every decision and action to the fulfilment of your mission here on earth. We pray this in your name, Jesus Christ, one God with the Father and the Spirit, forever and ever. Amen

Jesus invites people to follow Him...
He teaches, He is a Rabbi...
He preaches the Kingdom of God.................
He prays...
He challenges....
He is amongst the people and heals them...
He leads by example................
He brings people forgiveness and peace
He suffers.....
And even teaches us on the cross....
And he gives us hope!
Jesus is the Good Shepherd

Do I invite people to follow Jesus?
Do I teach?
Do I preach the Kingdom of God?
Do I pray?
Do I challenge?
Am I amongst the people healing them?
Do I lead by example?
Do I bring people forgiveness and peace?
Do I suffer?
And even teach on the cross?
And give others hope?
Am I A Good Shepherd?
Let Us Pray: ON THIS DAY, LORD, GRANT US THE COURAGE… ….to take on the challenges that stretch us the most….. LORD HEAR US….. ….to show compassion and forgiveness in our daily actions…. LORD HEAR US…. ….to always stand up for what we believe to be right…. ….to trust in you that light will always follow darkness and that hope often just means putting one foot in front of another…..
