Quidditch rules A Quidditch team -seven players who play with a broom between their legs at all times. Shooting the quaffle through on of the hoops is 10 points. Each player has a distinctive role on the team, indicated by the color of their headband. To start the game the team members stand at their goal lines and when the referee blows the whistle both teams race to grab the balls. The game will run for 40 minute and the team with the most points wins or once the snitch is caught the game will end. There are three goals, that have hoops, on each side of the pitch, each worth 10 points Total of five balls, one quaffle which is a volleyball which is what the chasers use to score with, shooting it through the goal hoops, three bludgers which are dodgeballs that you through at the player who has the quaffle (chaser) When a player is hit with the bludger then the player has to drop the quaffle and run back and touch their goal post to resume playing. Then there is one snitch which is a tennis ball in a stocking attached to a person who will run around the pitch, the snitch will not be released until the second half of the game, the seekers of each team will try to catch the runner and get the tennis ball from them.
