Everyone plays a vital role in order for Loretto to improve every year!

How can you help? PTA Dues: $6.00 Box tops Support our School through Fundraisers, yearbooks, and school pictures. Office Depot and RPM return 5% of all purchases to our school. You must mention Loretto Elementary. Update Loretto of any changes such as addresses & phone numbers.

Volunteer/Fieldtrips Everyone must complete an application (State Requirement) and receive an approval status before volunteering. All returning volunteers who have been approved are not required to complete an application. Volunteer status is approved for two years.

Lunch prices Lunch $1.95 Reduced $.40 Please take advantage of www.myschoolbucks.com to help keep our lunch line moving smoothly ( a processing charge of $1.95 ) Or send in enough money for the week/month Label lunch boxes with first and last name. Easy to open packages

Electronic Devices Items such as I-pods, cell phones or any electronic devices must be turned off during school hours. If a student chooses to bring an electronic device to school shall do so at his/her own risk. The school shall not be responsible for loss, damage or theft.

All Allergies must be reported to the nurse, teacher, and cafeteria. Clinic and Health All medications including over the counter, must be brought to the nurse. The medication form must be completed and signed by the parent and physician before administering any medicine to your child. Students who have a fever of 100 degrees or higher, must be picked up from school immediately. All Allergies must be reported to the nurse, teacher, and cafeteria.

Arrival and Early Check out Students may start arriving on campus at 8:00am. Please use the designated “ Drop Off” areas for students to exit your vehicle. Early Check out will end at 2:15pm every afternoon. The policy is in place for the safety of ALL. If you arrive on campus before 2:30, please stop by the front office and get a Visitor’s Pass and wait at the tables outside of the cafeteria.

Car Rider Dismissal Please place your Loretto Car sign on the dashboard for the entire time you are waiting in the car loop. All changes in afternoon dismissal procedures must be in writing. Last minute phone calls will not guarantee the change will take place.

Jacksonville Public Library and Axis 360- Students can access any book through the new online check out system . Last year, the public library allowed DCPS students to check out several library books to read over the summer. You may return these books here at Loretto Elementary.

PTA will be offering a special deal TODAY ONLY PTA will be offering a special deal TODAY ONLY!!!! $12 for a t-shirt and a PTA membership! After orientation t-shirts will be $10 and a PTA membership will be $6. Please stop by and see PTA after you have visited your student's classroom. They will be set up outside after orientation. Look for PTA members, they will be dressed in their spirit shirts!
