Treaty of Versailles German’s were unhappy with the treaty’s terms Hitler announces in 1935 that he will pledge to undo the Treaty of Versailles; propaganda begins under the campaign “Today Germany, Tomorrow the WORLD” Hitler wants to re-occupy the lands taken away from Germany through the treaty Which he knows he will be able to because the League of Nations is WEAK

APPEASING THE GERMANS Appeasement: a policy practiced by the allied powers with concern to Germany; allowing Germany to occupy land in Europe to avoid going to war.
