Purchase process (select then build) This process is unlike the traditional “build and sell” system wherein buyers are limited with a predetermined house and lot set. The Crestwood allows buyers to choose their lot and then select from any of the home designs offered. A total package price will then be provided, together with easy payment scheme options. Furthermore, homes are delivered brand new and under Ayala Land Premier standards. After 18 months of booking the sale, Ayala Land Premier will deliver your new home, complete with basic fixtures and finishes. This will be ready to live in, and all that is needed are the furniture and appliances.

Design Considerations Site Development Plan With the intent to develop a tight-knit community in the phase, a fenceless design was deemed fit for The Crestwood. Only trees and shrubs will seem to act as the perimeter walls between homes. The overall site design allowed for nodes (or cul-de-sac portions) to notch inward and provide more privacy. The road is laid out to ensure easier flow of traffic. Normal road width for the rest of Westgrove is set at 12m to 14m ROW. However, in Crestwood, road widths are set at 11m to 13m ROW. Design Considerations Elevation The phase is located on one of the highest portions of Westgrove.
