Family and Society looks down upon such youth Challenge for India More than 87% of our youths do not complete school What happens to these dropouts: Feel Neglected / frustrated / helpless / lack of confidence /Low morale Mostly daily wagers/No job safety Manual labour is the major occupation Bad habits (like Smoking, Alcohol Consumption) Get into antisocial activities like crime Family and Society looks down upon such youth

Parivartan Vision & Mission MISSION VISION Create opportunities for school dropouts and deprived youth to help lead productive and socially useful lives MISSION To give a second chance to less educated deprived youth through wage or self employment based on urban and rural livelihoods training.

Mobile Livelihood Development Center 70% of the rural people depend on agriculture. Monsoon/single crop/ seasonality/poor yield. AIM- Create interest, awareness, aspiration and desire to acquire livelihoods. Run as per requirement of community in rural areas/slums Duration- 60 / 80 hours over around 30 working days with minimum of 20 students. Assistance in Placements/self employment/ RWF. RWF (Remote Work Force)- Livelihood opportunity at doorstep. Linkage with Small Scale industry/ Contractors. SHG Coordinator/ Leader selection & Training- Coordinate collection of order, raw material, payment and deliver finished products.
