Overview Creating a Western Canadian mental health and addiction leader Providing private pay treatment services for mental health, addiction and concurrent (mental health and addiction) disorders Programs will be medically-based using the expertise and experience of the Homewood Health Centre Employing a diverse range of healthcare professionals including physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses (RNs & LPNs), occupational therapists, social workers and recreational therapists Expect to operate 60 to 90 beds at full occupancy and employ between 60 and 80 full- time employees Will be licensed under the Community Care and Assisted Living Act and accredited with a nationally recognized, 3rd party accreditation organization Plan to open in Spring of 2017

Key Features A beautiful and therapeutic location A facility originally built to provide treatment services A quiet, natural and therapeutic environment that encourages contemplation & reflection and allows outdoor walks and recreation as part of the recovery program Respect for the historical heritage and environmental beauty of this unique location Programming focused on mental health, addiction and concurrent issues Conditions treated will include treatment for mood & anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, addiction and concurrent disorders (where both mental health and addiction issues co-exist) Typical program duration between 35 and 56 days with variation based on client needs Aftercare services will be included in the cost of treatment Clients come to this facility voluntarily to begin their recovery All programs are entirely voluntary - treating adults age 19 or older Clients are rigorously screened to ensure readiness and suitability for the programs and progress is monitored throughout treatment
