Main QC Checks Attributes Check & match with Primary Packaging Product/Brand Tag/Product description page Brand Seal/Tag IMEI/Serial Number MRP Color In box content and accessories Model Number Warranty *For Combo products, QC should be performed separately.

General Guidelines Primary Packaging Brand Seal/Tag IMEI/Serial Number Primary brand packaging is mandatory Brand packaging should be undamaged and intact. Brand Seal/Tag Brand seal is properly attached at correct place and is not tampered There should be no double seal IMEI/Serial Number IMEI/Serial number is not tampered and is properly readable No multiple/different IMEI/Serial number on the single item Model Number Model number/name is same as mentioned on brand box & on product web page.

General Guidelines MRP Warranty In Box Content & Accessories MRP on the tag should match the MRP mentioned in the product description on PayTm Warranty Ensure there is warranty card or warranty mentioned on the product. Ensure that on warranty card it is clearly mentioned what is covered in warranty. In Box Content & Accessories All the items mentioned in the product description page should be there (eg. Extra charger, extra headphones) All items outside the brand-box or any extra freebie, if provided by the company or the vendor, should be there and in proper condition Ensure no partial shipping. All required documents (outside of brand box), if any, should be there

General Guidelines Colors Colors of the product should exactly match the color mentioned on Paytm webpage (Image & Description).

Manufacturing/ Import Details Check all manufacturing detail are mentioned on product (manufactured by and it’s Date, Country of origin, customer care number etc) Warranty/Guarantee Ensure warranty card is present and readable Barcode Check barcode is not tampered and is properly readable Color Color of the product should exactly match the color mentioned on Paytm webpage In Box Content All items outside the brand-box or any freebie provided by the company or the vendor are in undamaged condition Installation Instructions Check installation instructions are mentioned or not.

Quality checks Ensure the brand box is not damaged. Ensure the brand seal is not tampered.

Quality checks Ensure the MRP & other product details are clearly mentioned.
