Teacher Notes Insight 360™ is eInstruction’s classroom instruction system that allows you to interact with your students as they learn, quickly gaining insight into student understanding during class so you can adjust instruction in real-time during a single class session. Use this content, designed specifically for use with Insight 360™, to interact with your class. This content includes brief instructional material and two types of activities: Constructed Response Activity for students to complete as an individual or a group assignment. Send each Constructed Response Activity to the Insight 360 iPad Student App. Assessment Item with CueTag™ for students to respond to via student response devices. Receive instant real-time feedback and longitudinal reports.

Histograms Histograms are used to organize and interpret data. Histograms are often used with frequency tables to give a more visual view of the data. Each bar represents an interval that contains data. The height of the bar indicates the frequency of the data. A histogram answers the question “How many measurements are there in each set of measurements? A bar graph answers “What is the measurement of each item?” Interval Tally Frequency 0-1 2-3 4-5 6-7

Create a frequency table. A professional football team scored the following number of points in games last season. Create a frequency table that reflects this information. 17, 24, 13, 16, 34, 38, 27, 13, 24, 13, 7, 0, 13, 10, 14, 0, 26, 23, 31, 7 First decide what intervals to use in your frequency table. Scores Tally Marks Frequency
