Our Italian speaking guide will be identified with the client´s name and will lead participants to the way out and proceed the transfer to the hotel. Transfer will last approximately 35 minutes, en route, our guide will be in charge to welcome your guests including basics information about the Hotel, the city and our country. Arrival at the Hotel, Check in  - check in time is at 02:00 pm Once we have the participants personal data such as full name, address, passport number, nationality and age, we provide the pre-register and guests are only requested to sign. ANCORAMAR RESTAURANT: installed in an old tower of the municipal market in the Praça XV square since 1933, with overlooking the Guanabara Bay. The interior of the restaurant was recently remodeled including a bar on the ground floor.

Carioca night at Lapa Informal Dinner at Rio Scenarium Bar and Club Rio Scenarium it is a beatiful place comes from the century XX located at bohemian Lapa district, with Brazilian live music where People enjoy and dance the most popular local rhythms. The dinner will be based on Brazilian tapas that will be served on the tables and will also have oneone kind of meat with side dish and a typical pie. An open bar per 3 hours including mineral water, soft drinks, beer and caipirinhas isincluded. Guests will be set free to circulate and dance around the salons of the House But the food and beverage services will be available at the area for the Group. The evening will have a total duration of about 3 hours.

CARIOCA BEACH - SPORTS & RELAX On the beach we will have an infrastructure with beach chairs, sun umbrellas and an open bar where they can serve themselves mineral water, soft drinks and beer in tent hospitality. Popsicle and tropical fruits will be available. A football court will be prepared for the guests on the beach and a Brazilian beach soccer team that will invite the group for a beach soccer team challenger. We will also have Beach games (Frescobol / fresbie / shuttlecock)

With capacity for 50 people, is a diferente way for those who want to enjoy the district of Barra da Tijuca, from a very special view option. - Duration of 1 hour. Casa Do Pontal Museum is considered to be the largest and most important Museum of folk art in Brazil. The large landscaped gardens were especially designed to promote the perfect integration of the vegetation, the galleries of the museum and the wildlife preserve around the site.

Description of the night : dinner 04 courses Background mechanical music during dinner Between the 2º and 3º plate – Capoeira Presentation Capoeira is a 400 year old Afro-Brazilian art form that was developed as a method of expression and self defence by the African slaves in Brazil. After dinner, a vibrant 40 minutes of Carnival show followed by 15 minutes of dancing - Groups participation with samba dancers. After show , 01 hour DJ playing dance music We can organize “carnival kits” with mask, a colored wig, whistles and other little gadgets to enchant the Evening and for guests to enjoy the carnival ball!

GALAR DINNER AT HOTEL & CARNIVAL SHOW

Carnival Show Vibrant Brazilian artists will present various Brazilian musical rhythms, the famous drummers of the samba school will start the samba, and right after their presentation it will start the real parade as it is done in the carnival . The parade starts with the official couple of the school (called “mestre sala and porta bandeira”- the lady carrying the official flag of the samba school and her partner). Right after their presentation comes the famous baianas with their beautiful and colored clothes, the show continuous with the presentation f the famous “passistas”(the mulatto girls and the samba dancers). The whole presentation is done just like in the carnival, being everything shown as a parade! As a surprise to the group the lady will be carrying the carnival´s Flag with company Logo.

OPTIONAL: CARNIVAL PARTY - WITH PARTICIPATION OF THE GUESTS During the stay of the group, the sub. Groups (each coach will be a school), will receive some samba musical instruments, letters, fabrics and materials to make flags, so they can be prepared for the big parade on closing night. Participants must make their testing during the program day (whenever possible) with the help and guidance of the guides and get some elements to improve their costumes (hats, wigs or collection ...) and other elements that can be set and budgeted later, according to the customer's intent, and all partake of the dinner and show with their costumes.   At the end of dinner, each subgroup will make his show as if they were the "wings of the samba schools" and present their song with the help of some of the samba drummers of the show. At the end of the parade, there will be a jury that will make the classification of the best school / group. The prize for the winning school will be indicated by the client.
