THE EYFS CURRICULUM The EYFS curriculum is based around four themes: A unique child Positive Relationships Enabling environments Learning and development There are seven areas of learning: Prime areas Personal Social and Emotional Development Physical development Communication & language Specific areas Literacy Maths Expressive arts and design Understanding the world

YOUR CONTACT DETAILS Your phone numbers and contact details are VERY important – we MUST have up-to-date contact details to use in case of illness or an emergency Please let us know immediately if your contact details change

PHOTOGRAPHS We will ask for parental permission to take photographs and / or video in school to act as part of our evidence base for tracking pupil progress or as memories of school events. Some of these photos may be used on newsletters, our school website or our Twitter feed. We will never use children’s names on our website or Twitter feed without express permission. Parents are welcome to take photographs at school events, but these are for personal and family use only. They are NOT to be uploaded onto social media such as Facebook

AFTER SCHOOL PROVISION The Hunny Hive Nursery on Hallam Fields Road is offering after school provision for our pupils. Depending on uptake, a member of nursery staff will collect pupils from school at 3.20pm and walk them as a walking bus to the Hunny Hive for parents to collect. A leaflet about the nursery is included in your pack.
