Accessing the EPC Portal and Updating Entities

To access the EPC Portal, go to www.usac.org/sl and click on “Apply for E-rate”. You will then see the “Login” button for EPC and other Forms. Click on “I Agree” to accept the terms. Enter your email address as username, and password.

Click on USAC “swoosh” at any time to return to Landing Page. Click on the name of your district after Welcome !

To compute the correct latitude and longitude, click once in the Address Line 1. Press the space bar once, and then click into the Address Line 2. Watch the “Verify My Address” button light up.
