About EFEE An innovative Counter Collection solution from Federal Bank that help institutions to collect their fees Fee Remittance facility at any branch of Federal Bank Supports collection of Late Fees in either of the following modes flat amount as late fees Amount that is incremental on a monthly/daily basis. (Eg: 10 per month/day) Supports crediting of fees to different accounts based on Fee Type( Eg: Bus Fee, Lab Fee, Uniform Fee, Tution Fee, etc.) Remittance by Cash or Cheque Instant credit to Institution’s Account with the Bank MIS provided to the institution on a daily basis in uploadable format thus avoiding any data entry at institution Easy reconciliation Defaulters’ Report provided on a monthly/termly basis Exclusive Pay in slips

Lateral features of EFEE Late Fee payments can be configured, fixed as well as incremental. Fees collected will be automatically bifurcated as stipulated by the School, such as Bus Fee, Tuition Fee, Lab Fee, etc. This helps in maintaining clear accounting. School need not share the details of Fee with each parent, time saving. Availability of daily MIS report for the School. Instant Reconciliation. Avoid Cash Handling & Fake note issue. Expand your presence widely as parents from any location can pay the Fee at their ease. Institution will get data in electronic format, that can be uploaded into the existing system, thereby avoiding manual data entry and clerical errors.

The data should contain the unique student ID which can be the admission number/registration number

Through Easy Payments, end users will be able to effect payments through debit cards/ credit cards & FedNet. Once your school is approved, the name of the school will be displayed in the portal.
