National 5 Task The organisers of a conference want to include sustainable ingredients in the Beef Lasagne & White Chocolate & Lime Cheesecake. Develop an information statement (publisher document or power point) about the conference centres use of sustainable ingredients.

National 5 Task Begin by researching the benefits for sourcing sustainable ingredients under the following headings. Carbon footprint Environmental impact Locality Seasonality Economics

National 5 Task Now develop your statement/ presentation. It MUST include 2 reasons for sourcing sustainable ingredients from the areas you researched. It should be visual It must clearly show the conferences commitment to using sustainable ingredients.
