Genoa and what we do Leading pharmacy and telepsychiatry provider serving the behavioral health and addiction treatment community for over 15 years Our services impact more than 500,000 individuals annually in 43 states and the District of Columbia 339 pharmacies and counting (add approximately 50+ each year) Fill over 10 million prescriptions annually We continue to seek new opportunities nationwide to help behavioral health and addiction treatment organizations with their pharmacy and telepsychiatry services

ISV’s continued Forms Printer (just added during upgrade) To customize customer statements to include beginning balance, current month activity and total due. FastPath for auditing purposes (not yet installed – will schedule now that upgrade is complete) Blackline for continuous accounting and month end close (will begin implementation after the new year) Reporting Central (phase 2 of GP ugrade) Corrector (AP) for a clear audit trail of AP coding corrections Validator 1099 for automated TIN matching Greenshades to e-file 1099’s

ISV’s continued We’re not done. Genoa is continually looking ahead to improve current and future processes Future enhancements may include: Binary Stream Property Manager to manage all locations we lease Hope to automate annual rent increases at each location we manually manage and calculate now Multi-Entity As we continue to add complimentary branches to our business through acquisition, this may become necessary eRequester or some other Purchase order module Not using PO’s today, but may be something we do in the future. Tips and tricks / ways to improve processes New in GP 2016 Importing a budget from Excel New exception report will list accounts that aren’t set up in General Ledger – as well as any duplicates found on the import file. Save time trying to clean up and comb through the import file received from Finance
